Through Time...

Words have been used verbally through Time when many story tellers passed them on from generation to generation without being written. Yet, in the spirit of how they were received they became many things including Sacred and Law.

Text became the written word in whichever language or form it was presented, right through to pictographs or hieroglyphics

... but for any who could not read nor understand, to them, the truth of what it all meant was lost. Interpretation became the sound of many a scholar's mind, and many voices theories.

But a certain sound took shape as those who were privileged to have the skills to hear, heard what the scribes wrote in words. And just as the spoken word had sounded and probed the minds of listeners, so also did the sound within the written word begin to resonate within the minds of it's readers.

There seemed to be a degree of supernatural within the spirit of the word. Something heard by the individual - more so than the crowd – which called into their mind with reason enough to trust and believe. It had a voice which spoke solely to their own inner being, in a sound they could recognise

… and no-one could recognise a voice if they did not already know it, any more than no voice can be without an owner.

An interesting thing about truth, is that is it had to have an origin. So who's voice are we listening to when we hear this sound in the word?

An example of words considered sacred text became many a religion's chant, memorising them as if for a future time when there may not be another written word left, and only the the spoken will be existant. While for others, just breath is a sound such as the 'om' within their unspeakable context, in firm belief of such acoustics resonating the essence of such a truth. Yet anyone can just in recognition also sound with their breath an 'ah' or 'oh' in their agreement or understanding a truth within words heard.

There is enough sound here for any who care to tune in, to even hear when the words are silent upon a page... and to even concider that there are keepers of the original word. For them - the guardians - the sound is exhilarating.

It gives added reason in a flooded world of words in this information highway of this Time we live in Now, to know that an owner of the voice gave rise to it's sound which was heard in the beginning, making it even more thrilling.

That owner

... must be very close

... as it's sound becomes more crystal clear.

Time has a way of catching up.

Can You Hear the Sound in The Word ?

" For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.

For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven and do not return there but water the earth, making it bring forth and sprout, giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater, so shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it."
